Return and Refund Policy<\/h1>\n

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n

Return Conditions<\/h2>\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

and include your order number. Return shipping instructions will be provided within 48 hours.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h2>\n

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.<\/p>\n

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.<\/p>\n

Delayed or Missing Refunds<\/h2>\n

    Sale Items<\/h2>\n

    Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.<\/p>\n

    Exchanges<\/h2>\n

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.<\/p>\n

    and include your order number along with photos showing the defect or damage.<\/p>\n

    Gifts<\/h2>\n

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.<\/p>\n

    If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be informed of the return.<\/p>\n
